Our Lady of Fatima
The six apparitions of Our Lady in Fatima, commenced with three apparitions of an Angel (also Known as the Angel of Portugal.) to prepare them for the coming of Our Lady. The Visionaries were: Lucia dos Santos aged, 10, Jacinta Marto aged 7 and Francesco Marto aged 9 years. In autumn 1916 in Fatima, the Angel gave them Holy Communion, mentioning Jesus has being present in all the Tabernacles of the World.
It was on the year 1917 that Our Lady appeared to them 6 times. On the 13th of May 1917, that Our Blessed Lady appeared for the first time in Fatima. The Lady asked them to come to that place until October of the said year. Our Lady gave them warnings not just in Fatima, but also to the World. She said: "If my wishes is fulfilled, Russia will be converted & there will be peace, if not then Russia will spread her errors throughout the World. Brining new wars & persecutions, of the Church. The good will be martyred & the Holy Father will have much to suffer... But in the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, & he will be converted & the Whole World will enjoy a period of Peace."
On the Second Apparition on June 13, 1917, Our Lady promised to take Jacinta and Francesco to heaven soon. To Lucia, She gave the mission of remaining in the world to establish devotion to Her Immaculate Heart. On the Last Apparition, More than 70.000 people in Fatima were present that evening. She promised that she will grant a Miracle on that Day. At that time, it was raining, but suddenly, the rain stops and the clouds drove away to reveal the sun. The sun begins to turn around and seems to fall down! witnesses declared later. The people thought that the world ends but the sun got his normal position back to the sky. After the Apparitions in Fatima, Lucia entered the convent in Pontevedra, Spain to do her Mission - to spread the Devotion to the Immaculate Heart.
